1. Is there a clear demarcation between who you are online and else where?
A: Yes i believe there is a big difference between who you are online compared to who you are in real life. Many people feel like they are safe behind their computers and can say what ever they want. A lot of people may say hurtful things to people on the internet because they know nothing bad can happen to them physically when make fun of people over the internet. Also people may act more like themselves over the internet because they can say whatever is on their mind.

2. What parts of people are missing out on if they do not interact with the online you?
A: The people may be missing out on how you really feel and your real opinions about things. People are usually to afraid to talk about how they really feel in person.

3. Why(or why not) should your own personal cyber infrastructure? What does this mean to you?
A: It is really important to manage your cyber infrastructure because it is the framework of who you are. You do not want people thinking badly of the framework of who you are because that could determine if you get a job or not because an employer could research you online and if they do not like what they see then you might not get the job.

4. Who are we in this space where the online world is not something distinctly separate?
A: It really depends on who we are. we can be whoever we want to be at that time. Some days we want to be something we are not.

Diigo

Diigo is a great tool to use for collaboration with a group of people across the world. It helps your group find your information that you found to help the group prosper. Diigo is a really easy and cool tool to use for this project. You can highlight things that you feel is important so your group members can see your thoughts about the subject. You can also bookmark the website so you can go back later and see what you were working on. Diigo is a really fun and easy tool to use. You can also put post notes on the website to show your group teammates what you are thinking about and how you feel about the subject you are talking about. Diigo is a great collaborative tool. Your group can help work with each other even if you are no where near your teammates in your group. I really like Diigo it helps you keep in contact with your group members. It also helps to see what you have to do to help contribute to your team. I never heard of Diigo till this class and i feel like it is a great tool that i might continue to use during group projects. To conclude Diigo is a great tool, it helps you gain 21 century skills such as collaboration.

Horizon Report

After reading through the Horizon Report I found many interesting things about game based learning that can help me with the netgen project that we are doing. My topic for the netgen project is integrity for game based learning. In this report it talks about how game based learning is a growing thing for the net generation. Many kids parents have the IPad which has many educational games on it for little kids. In this reading i read that game based learning gives people skills that higher education institutions strive their students to have. The skills that the games give them are collaboration, problem solving, communication, critical thinking, and digital literacy. Game based learning helps students do better in school because they are playing a game that is fun while learning. This keeps them entertained and motivated to do better. They are motivated to do better because they want to get to the next level and beat the game. Game based learning keeps kids engaged in their studies. Game based learning can help kids receive the skills that the higher education institutes strive their students to gain at a young age. If kids start by using these educational games, at a young age education can improve drastically.
